Vadiyan 1 Movie Review
Vadiyan is a 2017 Bollywood suspense thriller film directed by Rajan Priyadarshi and produced by Prakash Tiwari. The film stars Sudesh Berry, Milind Gunaji, Anisha Mondol and Rajesh Vivek in the lead roles. The film revolves around a case of mistaken identity that leads to a series of events involving murder, betrayal and revenge.

The film was released on 8 September 2017 and received mostly negative reviews from critics and audiences. The film was criticized for its poor script, direction, acting and editing. The film failed to impress at the box office and was declared a flop.
Plot
The film begins with a man named Ravi (Milind Gunaji) who is a successful businessman and lives in Mumbai with his wife Shalini (Anisha Mondol) and daughter Ria. He receives a call from his friend Rajesh (Sudesh Berry) who invites him to his farmhouse in Lonavala for a party. Ravi agrees and leaves for Lonavala with his family.
On the way, they encounter a group of goons who try to rob them. Ravi fights them off and escapes with his family. However, he does not realize that one of the goons has seen his face and recognizes him as someone else.
Meanwhile, in another part of the city, a gangster named Vicky (Rajesh Vivek) is planning to kill his rival Rana (Raj Zutshi) who has betrayed him and joined hands with another gangster named Shetty (Rajendra Gupta). Vicky hires a contract killer named Rocky (also played by Milind Gunaji) who looks exactly like Ravi.
Rocky arrives in Mumbai and kills Rana in his hotel room. He then calls Vicky and informs him that the job is done. Vicky tells him to come to his farmhouse in Lonavala for the payment.
Rocky reaches Lonavala and heads towards Vicky's farmhouse. On the way, he sees Ravi's car parked outside Rajesh's farmhouse. He thinks that Ravi is Vicky and decides to kill him and take his money.
He enters Rajesh's farmhouse and finds Ravi, Shalini and Ria there. He shoots at them but misses. Ravi sees Rocky and is shocked to see his lookalike. He runs away with his family and hides in a nearby forest.
Rocky chases them and tries to kill them. He also calls Vicky and tells him that he has found him and is going to finish him off. Vicky is confused and thinks that Rocky is talking about Rana.
Rajesh hears the gunshots and comes out of his farmhouse. He sees Rocky and recognizes him as Ravi's lookalike. He also sees Ravi's car and thinks that Rocky has killed Ravi and his family.
He calls the police and informs them about the situation. He also calls Shetty and tells him that Vicky has sent Rocky to kill him. He asks for his help in dealing with Rocky.
Shetty agrees and sends some of his men to Rajesh's farmhouse. They reach there and start shooting at Rocky. Rocky fights back and kills some of them.
The police also arrive at the scene and surround the farmhouse. They try to arrest Rocky but he escapes from there.
Ravi, Shalini and Ria manage to reach a nearby village where they take shelter in a hut. They try to contact Rajesh but fail to do so.
Rocky follows them to the village and locates their hut. He breaks into the hut and confronts them. He tells them that he is not Ravi but Rocky, a contract killer who has been hired by Vicky to kill Rana.
He says that he mistook Ravi for Vicky because they look alike. He says that he does not care about their lives and only wants his money from Vicky.
He then calls Vicky again and tells him that he has found him again. He asks him to come to the village with his money or else he will kill Ravi and his family.
Vicky is still confused and thinks that Rocky is talking about Rana again. He tells him that he has already paid him for killing Rana.
Rocky realizes that Vicky is lying and that he has been double-crossed by him. He gets angry and decides to kill Vicky as well.
He tells Ravi and his family that they are lucky and that he will spare their lives. He says that he will go to Vicky's farmhouse and kill him.
He leaves the hut and takes Ravi's car. He drives towards Vicky's farmhouse.
On the way, he meets Rajesh who is also driving towards Vicky's farmhouse. Rajesh sees Rocky and thinks that he is Ravi. He stops his car and tries to talk to him.
Rocky sees Rajesh and thinks that he is Shetty. He shoots at him and kills him.
He then continues his drive towards Vicky's farmhouse.
Vicky is waiting for Rocky at his farmhouse. He has also called Shetty and told him that Rocky has gone mad and is trying to kill him. He asks for his help in dealing with Rocky.
Shetty agrees and sends some more of his men to Vicky's farmhouse. They reach there and start shooting at Rocky.
Rocky reaches Vicky's farmhouse and finds it under attack. He fights his way through the gunmen and reaches Vicky's room.
He confronts Vicky and accuses him of betraying him. He says that he knows that he has not paid him for killing Rana.
Vicky denies everything and says that he has paid him. He says that Rocky is lying and that he has killed Rana twice.
Rocky says that he has not killed Rana twice but only once. He says that the first time he killed Rana, it was not Rana but his lookalike who was a decoy sent by Shetty to fool him.
He says that the second time he killed Rana, it was the real Rana who was hiding in another hotel room.
He says that Vicky knew about this plan and was in cahoots with Shetty. He says that they wanted to get rid of both Rana and Rocky by using their lookalikes as bait.He says that he has found out the truth from a source who works for Shetty. He says that the source also told him that Vicky has not paid him for killing Rana but has kept the money for himself.
Vicky is shocked and scared by Rocky's revelations. He tries to escape from there but Rocky catches him and shoots him dead.
Rocky then takes the money from Vicky's safe and leaves the farmhouse.
The police arrive at the farmhouse and find the dead bodies of Vicky, Rajesh, Shetty's men and some of their own men. They also find Ravi's car outside the farmhouse.They assume that Ravi is the killer and declare him as a wanted criminal. They launch a manhunt for him.

Critical Reception
Vadiyan received mostly negative reviews from critics and audiences alike. The film was panned for its poor script, direction, acting and editing. The film was also criticized for its lack of originality, logic and suspense. The film was compared unfavorably to other Bollywood thrillers such as Baazigar, Don, Race, etc.
The film received a rating of 1% on JustWatch, a website that aggregates reviews from various sources. The film also received a rating of 1/10 on IMDb, a website that allows users to rate movies and TV shows.
Box Office
Vadiyan was a box office disaster and failed to recover its budget of Rs 10 crore. The film opened with a collection of Rs 0.5 crore on its first day and went on to collect Rs 1 crore in its first week. The film was declared a flop by trade analysts.
